Cancellation policy
If you do have to cancel your booking, please do so at the earliest given opportunity. Only the lead booker can make any amendments to the booking, including cancellations. Deposit and refund information will be in the terms and conditions of your booking, so please check to make sure you fully understand any penalties you may incur when cancelling your booking.

What about accidental damage?
We realise that wear and tear, including the odd broken glass or plate, are all part of life, but if you do experience any damages during your stay, please contact us so we can resolve any issues for the next holidaymakers.

What time can I arrive?
Arrival and departure details will be provided at the time of booking. If you wish to know the timings before you book, please contact us so that we can confirm on an individual basis.

Are your properties non-smoking?
All our properties forbid smoking or vaping inside. This is for the health and safety of all our guests and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do your properties have wi-fi available?

What is my self-catering accommodation equipped with?
Our luxury holiday lets are all equipped with standard kitchen appliances and crockery utensils, but you will need to supply your own provisions.
