Booking Cancellation Policy

Flexible Cancellation Policy – Coral, Ivory, & Amber House (14 Days)

  1. Cancellation Period: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge until 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. 

  2. Cancellation Fees: If the guest cancels within 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. 

  3. No-Show Policy: In the event that the guest does not show up on the scheduled arrival date, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. 

  4. Prepayment: Please note that we facilitate prepayment of the full amount from guests before their arrival. 

Flexible Cancellation Policy – Prosper House Apartments, Cornerstone House, Pier Plain, Pearl & Cliff Cottage (5 Days)

  1. Cancellation Period: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge until 5 days before the scheduled arrival date.

  2. Cancellation Fees: If the guest cancels within 5 days before the scheduled arrival date, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

  3. No-Show Policy: In the event that the guest does not show up on the scheduled arrival date, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

  4. Prepayment: Please note that we facilitate prepayment of the full amount from guests before their arrival.
